Maurice McTigue: A "Minister of Change"

Maurice McTigue known as "New Zealand's Reformer" and "Minister of Change" spoke at the 4th Annual International Leaders Summit - "The Future of Transatlantic Relations" in The European Parliament, Brussels on October 10, 2007. During his visit to Europe, McTigue also visited Zagreb, Croatia where he delivered a keynote address at the ILS - Strategic Economic Roundtable on October 15, 2007.
