The Adriatic Institute for Public Policy (AI) is an independent free market think tank founded in 2004 in Srdoci, Rijeka, Croatia and dedicated to strengthening the rule of law and advancing economic freedom through advocating market reforms in Croatia and southeast Europe.  AI promotes innovative thinking and advancing principled and pro-growth solutions that have been successfully implemented in eastern Europe's post-communist countries.  The organization with its engaged advisors and research fellows has dedicated its resources to sponsor research, conferences and strategic events that augment the competition of ideas by featuring experts in the fields ranging from economics to security.

The free market think tank emphasizes the importance of free market principles based on the rule of law, an independent judiciary, protection of property rights, economic freedom and limited government.  It does not seek or receive any government funding.

AI organizes the annual International Leaders Summit on Economic Growth (ILS) - a collaborative endeavor with leading think tanks and free market leaders, the strategic ILS Economic Roundtable events in Belgrade, Brussels, Ljubljana, Prague, Warsaw, Washington, DC, and Zagreb and the Libertas Debate Series.  The annual ILS events have taken place in The European Parliament in Brussels, Ljubljana, Slovenia and Zagreb, Croatia. 

The Leadership Board, Executive Advisory Board and Research Fellows of the Adriatic Institute are comprised of world renowned and leading economists, business leaders and free market reformers from Asia-Pacific, Europe, North and South America and includes Honorable Edwin Meese III, John Blundell, Dr. Andrei Illarionov, Monica Macovei, Maurice McTigue, Ivan Miklos, Dr. Alvin Rabushka, Dr. Daniel Mitchell and other distinguished leaders.
